PLA conducts live-fire drills in southern Yellow Sea for 6 days

BEIJING, Dec 1-- According to the notice released by China's Lianyungang Maritime Safety Administration on November 29, live-fire drills are conducted in the south of Yellow Sea from November 30 to December 5, 2020.

SOUTH YELLOW SEA, GUN FIRING 2300UTC TO 1000UTC DAILY FROM 29 NOV TO 05 DEC IN AREA BOUNDED BY THE LINES JOINING 34-45.948N 119-19.728E, 34-49.977N 119-18.947E, 34-52.688N 119-20.308E, 34-51.861N 119-23.816E, 34-48.533N 119-23.554E.

Second black box of crashed China plane recovered

(Xinhua/Zhou Hua) NANNING, March 27 (Xinhua) -- The second black box of the China Eastern Airlines' plane that crashed Monday in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was recovered Sunday, according to the national emergency response headquarters for the accident. The Boeing 737 aircraft, which departed from Kunming, capital of southwest China's Yunnan Province, and was bound for Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong Province, crashed into a mountainous area in Tengxian County, Guangxi, at around 2:38 p.m. Monday. All 132 people on board the plane were dead, according to the headquarters. The first black box of the plane, believed to be the cockpit voice recorder, was recovered on Wednesday.
